Employment Opportunities

Would you like to join our beer team?  We are currently hiring servers!  Your normal shift will involve a lot of cleaning, working with cash/credit cards on a digital point of sales system, pouring beer, answering questions about beer, and changing kegs  --  all while being friendly and polite to upwards of 100 thirsty patrons in a sometimes-loud, fast-paced environment.  Our hours are Wednesday - Friday from 4 PM - 11pm and Saturdays from noon to 11pm.  Cleaning starts an hour and a half before each opening time.  A few times a month we will have special events on Sundays/Mondays/Tuesdays.  We would love to hire people that are consistently available to work, as we already have several team members who have day jobs elsewhere and are often unavailable.  If you're not scared yet, please keep reading!

We are looking for the best of the best to work in our tap room  --  beer-loving folks who are reliable, honest, hard-working, and fun.  We want you to know that we've put all of our time/money/hearts into FHB, and we're hoping we can hire folks that will respect that.  Our employees will be the face of our brand and business!

Tap room employees will receive a competitive hourly salary plus tips.  Employees will be supplied with some free FHB apparel that will serve as a uniform.  Other benefits include free beers on days you don't work, free crowlers/growlers once each pay period, paid time off for volunteering, and free food every time we have a food pairing night.

As a reminder, we prefer our employees to have completed their Certified Beer Server training through the Cicerone Certification Program, which is a class that is available online. Please note that having the certificate doesn't guarantee you a job and a lack of one doesn't disqualify you, but if you take and pass the test between now and the time we hire you (or within your first year of working for us), we'll refund you the cost of the exam (plus a bonus for getting it done sooner than your co-workers, if that happens!).

If you have any questions, please email contact@fathillbrewing.com.

All the information we're looking for is included in the online application below, so please fill this out instead of just sending us your resume.

We're thrilled you're interested in working with us!
