Our movie pick for July is Fight Club. Fight Club is a 1999 American film directed by David Fincher, and starring Brad Pitt, Edward Norton and Helena Bonham Carter. It is based on the 1996 novel by Chuck Palahniuk. Norton plays the unnamed narrator, who is discontented with his white-collar job. He forms a "fight club" with soap salesman Tyler Durden (Pitt)

Film Folks is a casual group for any movie lover! We meet the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7 PM. Watch the movie ahead of time and then we’ll all gather at the brewery to share our opinions and answer some discussion questions together. (Like a book club, but with movies instead of books!) There is no attendance requirements, cost to participate, and no purchase necessary. Just come hang out with some fellow movie fans. Check in with the bar when you arrive and they will point you in the direction of the group. Because we want to best facilitate easy discussion and connection, there will likely be several different small tables for film group and not one big one. Our advice? Pick the table where you know the least people and make some new film friends!
