Experience traditional Okinawan cuisine with Japanese native Megumi and her Churasan food truck! They will be parked outside the brewery near city hall from 5 pm - 8 pm. Feel free to bring you goodies into the brewery to enjoy the live music from 7 pm - 10 pm.
EXAMPLE MENU:
#1 Shrimp roll (burrito, cut) - Cream cheese with imitation crab or jalapeño, and avocado. Topped with crunch, spicy mayo, and eel sauce.
#2 California roll (burrito, cut, bowls) - Cream cheese with imitation crab or jalapeño. Avocado and cucumbers, topped with crunch and spicy mayo.
#3 Chicken katsu curry - Panko fried chicken breast over Japanese curry rice with potatoes and carrots, and onions with white rice.
#4 Yakitori - Grilled chicken thigh skewers with homemade tare sauce with green onions.
#5 Karaage (Japanese style fried chicken) - fried boneless skinless chicken thigh, topped with eel sauce, spicy mayo and side of lemon.
#6 Cucumber bites - Mini cucumebrs with choice of sauce

#7 Rice balls (onigiri) - White rice wrapped in seaweed with choice of filling
