Cheese and beer is one of our most popular pairings at FHB so it's fitting our flight nights return with this one. The theme for this year's cheese pairing is "boozy cheese.” All the cheeses featured on this flight have been infused, washed, or aged with something alcoholic. Wine, French liqueur, tequila, you name it, master cheesemakers have found ways to infuse the flavors of their favorite drinks into their favorite food.

Your $17 ticket price includes the cheese flight and accompanying beers (four types of cheese/four beers) and a few crackers/fruit/nuts as well to refresh the pallet in between tastings. No substitutions.

Tickets are required for this event because we need to know how much cheese to order. Walk-in requests for cheese flights unfortunately cannot be fulfilled.  No refunds on tickets.

Come in any time we're open on July 29 to claim your goodies! We open at 4 PM and close at 11 PM, so please come not later than 10 PM so you have enough time to enjoy your flight at a relaxed pace.
