Ginger’s Top Shelf Food Truck from Floyd describes their delicious creations as “elevated comfort food.” Expect grab-and-go goodies to fill you up like their famous cheesecake (strawberry or apple pie) and chicken, in either wraps or salads. Chicken styles include chipotle, chicken bacon, Caesar, or Asian crunch. They also have a Greek salad/wrap than can be made with chicken or just veggies. They’ll be parked outside the brewery near City Hall.
